Applications are accepted by appointment from April 1st through September 30th annually. This deadline was amended by Public Act 24-132 effective 7/1/2024.
The town hall is closed on Fridays. If Sept 30th, falls on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the deadline does NOT get extended until the following Monday!
To ensure your application is processed, ALL applicants must complete their appointment with Karen on or before the deadline for the year. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Make sure any change of mailing address is reported to our office immediately or your check could be delayed or lost.
Renter Rebate Checks will be processed by November 30th. Checks should arrive by December 20.
PLEASE DO NOT CALL LOOKING FOR IT EARLIER as the state and local office cannot accept such calls or process the checks any faster. Thank you!
